The short answer
Yes. Almost all commercial cladding resprays are done on buildings that stay open and trading. The work is planned elevation by elevation around your deliveries, entrances and people, everything nearby is masked, and where daytime work would get in the way the job can move to evenings or weekends.
Why a respray does not close the building
A respray happens on the outside of the building, and the building does not need to be empty for it. There is no strip out, no exposed structure and no scaffold wrapped in sheeting for weeks. The crew works on one elevation at a time, so the rest of the building carries on as normal, and most jobs are finished in three to seven days.
How the job is planned around you
Before the crew arrives we agree the order of work with you: which elevation first, when the loading bay needs to be clear, where vehicles should park, and which entrances have to stay open. Masking goes up around windows, doors, signage, vehicles, stock and neighbouring units, and we use controlled spray equipment so overspray stays on the panels it is meant for. If a shutter or a door has to be in use all day, we work around it or come back outside your hours.

What we need from you
Very little. A contact on site, a word with your neighbours if the units are close, and somewhere for vehicles to park away from the elevation being sprayed. We handle the rest.
