Metal cladding does not wear out as fast as it looks like it does. The panels underneath are usually sound long after the factory colour has faded, chalked and streaked. Spraying puts a new coating system over the existing sheets, so the building comes back looking new for a fraction of what re-cladding would cost, and without the weeks of scaffolding, skips and downtime that stripping and re-sheeting brings.
We spray cladding on factories, warehouses, distribution units, workshops and retail units across North Lincolnshire, the wider North and the Midlands. Every job is prepped, masked and sprayed by our own directly employed crew, working from a base in Brigg.

How the job runs.
Survey
We assess the condition of the cladding, check for corrosion and damage, match your exact colour and plan safe access for the site.
Clean and prep
The building is jet washed and cleaned, corrosion is treated and any damaged sections are dealt with before a drop of paint goes on. The prep is what makes the finish last.
Mask
Windows, gutters, signage, vehicles, stock and neighbouring units are protected. We use controlled spray equipment so overspray stays on the panels it is meant for.
Spray
A primer and high build topcoat system chosen for your substrate, sprayed to an even, durable factory finish.
Inspect and hand over
We check every elevation, touch up where needed, clear the site and confirm your warranty in writing.
