Commercial Cladding
What it is
Full cladding and roofing systems, supplied and installed on commercial and industrial buildings. Cappings, flashings, gutters, downpipes and soffits are all part of the job, so the whole envelope is finished properly.
What it suits
New elevations, replacement of damaged or failed panels, and buildings where the sheets themselves are past saving and a respray alone will not solve the problem.
What you get
A watertight, properly detailed exterior, installed by an accredited crew trained to work at height on live commercial sites.
Commercial Paint Spraying
What it is
Cladding, roller shutters, personnel doors, windows and flashings resprayed on site, inside and out. A fresh, high build coating system applied to a factory finish.
What it suits
Faded, chalking or weathered buildings that are structurally sound but look tired. Rebrands too: we match any RAL or BS colour exactly, so the building comes back in the colour you specify.
What you get
A building that looks new for up to 70% less than re-cladding, backed by a manufacturer warranty of ten years and up. Most jobs take three to seven days and you stay open throughout.
UPVC Spraying
What it is
UPVC cladding, windows, doors, gutters and soffits recoloured with specialist coatings made to bond to plastic and stay put.
Why it works
Replacing UPVC across a whole building costs a fortune and takes weeks. Spraying it gives you the same visual change in days, for a fraction of the price.

External Commercial Cleaning
What it is
Professional external cleaning of side walls, cladding, roofs, rooflights, gutters and windows. Every external commercial cleaning project, handled by one crew.
What it suits
Buildings streaked with dirt, algae and chalking that need presenting well, and cladding being prepped ahead of a respray. Cleaning is the first step of every coating job we do, and we offer it on its own too.
What you get
A clean, even, presentable building, with access, masking and timings planned around your operation.
Commercial Roof Maintenance
What it is
Leak repairs, gutter replacement and cleaning, corrosion treatment and protective coatings on profiled metal roofs, plus annual reports and maintenance checks.
Why it matters
Where roof sheets overlap, the cut edges rust from the inside out. Left alone, that corrosion spreads under the coating, lifts whole panels and can void your cladding warranty. We strip it back, treat the bare metal and seal every exposed edge so it stops returning.
What you get
A watertight, protected roof and a maintenance record that catches small problems before they shut the building. Roof coating systems carry manufacturer warranties of fifteen years and up.

We use proven primer and high build topcoat systems matched to your substrate, plastisol, PVF2, fibre cement or bare metal. The prep and the product are chosen for your building, not picked off a shelf.

We match to RAL and BS colour references, so your building comes back in exactly the colour you specify, whether that is a brand colour or the original shade.
