The short answer
Yes. UPVC windows, doors, cladding, fascias, soffits and gutters can be sprayed with specialist coatings made to bond to plastic. The frames stay exactly where they are, the colour changes completely, and the job takes days rather than the weeks a replacement would, for a fraction of the cost.
Why people spray UPVC instead of replacing it
Most UPVC that people want rid of is not broken. The windows open, the doors lock, the fascias are doing their job. The problem is the colour: white that has yellowed, brown that dates the house, or a colour that no longer suits the building since the render or cladding changed. Replacing perfectly good frames to fix a colour is expensive and disruptive. Spraying them fixes the colour and leaves everything else alone.
The same is true on commercial buildings, where UPVC cladding, window frames and doors can be brought into a new brand colour without touching the fabric of the building.
How it works
Standard paint does not stick to UPVC, which is why a brush painted frame peels within a year. The coatings we use are made specifically for plastic. They bond to the surface and flex with it, so they do not crack or peel. The process is the same one we use on cladding: clean and degrease every surface, mask the glass, brickwork and sills with clean lines, spray for an even finish with no brush marks, and take the masking off.

What colours work
Any RAL or BS reference can be matched. Anthracite grey and black are the most asked for on houses, and both are done every week. Dark colours on UPVC need the right coating, because a dark surface gets hotter in the sun than a white one, and we use products made for exactly that. If a colour is not suitable for a particular surface we will say so before we quote.
How long it takes and how long it lasts
A set of windows and doors on a house is usually done in days. The coating lasts for years when the prep is done properly, and the warranty for your job is confirmed in writing with the quote.
